Tottenham eyeing Meite
As well as having a state of the art stadium, Spurs fans many now actually be treated to the signing of a new player.
Tottenham have gone two transfer windows without bringing in a single first-team player, part of the reason why may indeed be due to the cost of the stadium.
Now that is out of the way though, Spurs must surely sign someone this summer.
According to Italian outlet Gazette dello Sport, Tottenham are in the market for Serie A midfielder, Soualiho Meite.
Meite moved to Torino last summer from Monaco for a fee of around £9m.
The Frenchman has gone on to make 28 appearances for the Serie A outfit, in which he has scored two and assisted two.
Meite is now reportedly valued somewhere in the region of €25-30m.
